If you do not cross the finish line, the video cannot be made and the payment will be returned through the same channel. Should I report the payment? It is not necessary to send any proof of payment. How long do I have to wait to get my video? Videos are processed overnight and will be published 48 hours after receiving payment. How do I download my videos? Entering this same page (videorun.com.ar) enter the number and if the video is ready, it will be displayed on the screen. It can be downloaded with a button below the video. The download location will depend on the device and operating system. What format and resolution is the video? To achieve the best compatibility on all devices and a balance between quality and file size, we chose to create the videos in MP4 format and a resolution of 1280x720 pixels.
